高效液相色譜-質譜聯用法（LCMS）在現代分析檢測中具有通用性好、檢測靈敏度高的優點，應用前景十分廣闊，涉及的行業和領域包括藥物分析、代謝物分析、農殘檢測、獸殘檢測、環境污染物檢測等。
聚醚類高分子化合物屬于非離子表面活性劑，近年來作為消泡 劑廣泛用于發酵法生產藥物和其他各種產品的工藝過程。
飛秒檢測利用 Agilent 公司 6460 三重四 級桿液質聯用儀開發了一種檢測發酵法生產的藥物產品中聚醚類消泡劑殘留量的方法。
實驗 結果表明：本方法具有較高的檢測靈敏度，可以檢出樣品中最低 0.02 mg/kg 的消泡劑；上機 溶液濃度在 1~10 μg/L 范圍內，
峰面積對濃度的線性回歸方程為 A = 2130c - 115.23，相關系數 r2 = 0.9998。
